To obtain your Florida Medical Marijuana Card, you must first be evaluated and recommended medical marijuana by a licensed and qualified doctor In Florida.

The Process During Your Consultation

Our Miracle Leaf Marijuana Doctors are licensed in the state of Florida to recommend patients to use cannabis for medical treatments.

Our professional team educates patients with the benefits of using medical marijuana, the process of purchasing marijuana at local dispensary with your medical card, and any other questions about marijuana in Florida.

Patients must bring their medical records from your primary care physician.
Patient’s must be 18 years or older and be a valid resident of Florida or a seasonal resident.
Patients will be entered into the MMU Registry and once entered, Miracle Leaf will provide you with your Florida Patient ID Number.

Apply for a Medical Marijuana Card

With your MMU ID number you will be able to apply for your Florida medical marijuana card or MMURegistry identification card.

The processing time for your marijuana card application takes about 10 days from date of submission.

Patient’s must provide an approved passport style photo, along with proof of residency in Florida.
Patients can submit the application online or by mail along with a $75 application fee.
Patients can fill an order placed by your Miracle Leaf physician at your licensed medical marijuana treatment center once approved.

In person consultation with a Florida approved marijuana doctor at Miracle Leaf. The physician will learn about your medical history, evaluate your health ailments, answer any of your questions about medical marijuana treatment, and ultimately decide if you are eligible for a medical card.

Receive Medical Card

Once approved for medical marijuana in Florida, you’ll receive your Patient ID Number, and your medical marijuana card will be delivered to your address in about 10 days. You’ll be able to fill your order at an approved Florida medical marijuana treatment center (MMTC) near you.
